Terms of Service

Last updated September 24, 2026. These terms are also the end-user license agreement for Quailbooks' QuickBooks Online integrations.

The service

Quailbooks provides software that connects your business systems to QuickBooks Online and helps manage accounts payable. By using Quailbooks, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

Your accounts and data

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in details private. Your data stays yours. You give Quailbooks permission to read and write it only as needed to provide the service you configure, for example creating invoices in QuickBooks from fulfilled orders.

Review before posting

Quailbooks starts in a dry-run mode that shows what it would post without posting it. You choose when to turn on live posting. You remain responsible for your books: review what Quailbooks posts, and correct it in QuickBooks if something is wrong.

Acceptable use

Don't use Quailbooks to break the law, to access systems you're not authorized to use, or to interfere with the service or other customers.

Third-party services

Quailbooks works with services we don't control, such as QuickBooks Online. Their terms apply to your use of them, and changes on their side can affect what Quailbooks can do.

Fees

Fees are set in your agreement or order with us.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep Quailbooks accurate and available, but the service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees your business paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Ending the service

You can stop using Quailbooks and disconnect it at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On request after you leave, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Quailbooks after a change means you accept it.
